Check the MOT board. You can usually swap out the individual MOT boards, and see if the problem moves. If it does, you can isolate which board has gone bad. You can also check the encoder on the conveyor, to make sure that is still working correct

Start by checking cables. Odd that the C-motor would initialize, but, then, theta fails when you move the Z-motor. Sounds like something's got a loose connection somewhere. Possibly in the connector going into the C-motor. If that's a no-go, try

Hi all, We were able to fix the issue. We replaced the MOT cards with the MOT cards in the good machine. That, however, did not resolve the issue. The issue was very basic; one of the fuses (fi fuse) located to the left of the MOT cards became open.

Thanks for the response, Rob. I tried the MOT cards and the problem did not move. I swapped the MOTY with the MOTX, but the MOTX had a small board attached to it that I moved to the MOTY that I tried. Do you know if there is a way to test that small
