D8->D7) and D18 (D18->D19->D18). Well... it looks like D18 had an issue so it went to D19 but when it finished the D19 reel it went to D7!. I endeed up with D7 parts in place of D18. These are both 0805 resistors. Has anyone seen this ? Did I mis

CP4 jerks all axis after power up and reset sw...

Have you tried to restart F4G and/or MCS/30 after flushing the CP4 memory? I have occasionally ran into the comm error after a reset start. Leave the machine on and restart F4G or the MCS/30 whichever normally is hooked up. If it still won't commu

Fuji F4G CP6 oprimizer not showing programs?

Electronics Forum | Mon Dec 01 18:57:26 EST 2014 | rodrigo

Hi all, I partially installed the F4G files in a Windows XP machine. Partially because this machine is not connected to any production machines. So I installed the library, programmer group and the cp6 optimizer. The Data Manager works. I can see al

Hi Fujicam 2.0 has not been released, and probally will not be released until the 4 quarter. Fujicam and F4G have a standard of 117 generic PD's in their library, not 2500.

I was wondering why you did not include FujiCam on your list of options. We are moving from MCS to FujiCam (with a few slips along the way).

You mean the offline software for the QP? We use the F4G only. Not even the Fuji Cam.

24mm CP43 Feeders

Electronics Forum | Fri Sep 20 09:03:32 EDT 2002 | Brad Fruend

This might be totally wrong but if your using a 16 pitch reel in a 8 pitch feeder you are going to have to feed the feeder twice before it will be advanced far enough. This should be in your F4G or MCS30.

Fujicam programming

Electronics Forum | Thu Apr 01 17:15:05 EST 2004 | ricardof

What programming systems are you using now? F4G is no longer supported, so I guess that's not a relaible option to move on. FUJICAM is currently in good shape, most of the bugs are cleared
