Experiencing IPC APEX EXPO’s legendary combination of education, technology, networking and the largest collection of industry suppliers, 4,048 attendees from 56 countries capitalized on all the forward thinking the show had to offer. Four-hundred and thirty four exhibitors displaying hundreds of products on 139,300 net square feet of show floor space saw three days of qualified leads and sales. IPC APEX EXPO 2016 attracted 8,772 total visitors including attendees and exhibitor personnel.

Count On Tools recently announced the completion of a six month, $2 million expansion at its Gainesville headquarters, which includes a 25 percent increase in manufacturing floor space. The recent expansion is in response to the growing market for SMT nozzles and consumables as well as the increased demand for its precision contract machining services.

At IPC APEX EXPO 2018, IPC will introduce a STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) program for high school students and has invited two San Diego-area high schools to participate: Canyon Crest Academy, a public high school with a specialized education in the arts, sciences and technology and The Preuss School, a charter high school for low-income students who aspire to become the first in their families to graduate from college.

IPC – Association Connecting Electronics Industries® reports that 85 percent of exhibit floor space has been sold for IPC APEX EXPO® 2019. Three hundred twenty-seven exhibitors have been assigned to 134,200 net square feet of exhibit space, marking a 5 percent increase in square footage compared to 2018’s booth space selection event. The premier technical conference and exhibition for the electronics manufacturing industry will take place January 29–31, 2019, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, Calif.

This year, the cable and wire harness manufacturing industry came "wired" to the Electrical Wire Processing Technology Expo (EWPTE), May 16-18, and left inspired with access to new technologies, solutions to challenging issues through training and education and a network of leading-edge companies, industry leaders and subject matter experts. Produced by the Wiring Harness Manufacturer's Association (WHMA), IPC and the Wisconsin Center, the event drew in a total of 3,049 attendees, an 18 percent increase over 2022.
