What other mehtods are used to make a FUJI programs using FLEXA Software? Simplest way I know is to get a text file with the followings:Part#;X-axis; Y-axis; and Referance Location. Thank You.

Yes we had the same problems with Flexa and our AIMEX 3. Fuji techs came in and upgraded all our software to version 6.24.0.1. This solved almost all the communication problems between server and client computers.

And Fuji doesn't torment you with software ? Hmmm... Fuji machines are mechanically great. Flexa/F4G/MCS is a pain in the ass unless your techs really know what's goin on. We are switching from all Fuji to Juki. I won't say anything else about that
