Thanx for the feedback. The solder mask is PSR-4000 ( need to confirm this - not too sure ). If the board got in touch with the solder bath, for the contact time of 3 - 6 secs, this should not be the case for proper curing process right ?. thanx ag

I am wondering what the general concensus is for handling PCB's. Do bare hands pose a problem for PCB assy's? Should operators who handle boards wear gloves? Thanks for your input.

Latex sensitivity is HUge. Try changing to vynal gloves. Also keeping the hands moist is a good idea. ESD Hand cream is an option. Just becareful when using the hand cream as it may transfer to boards, stencils, components......
