Ok i must be missing something. You are using a dek 03i screen printer for glue and it's not fast enough? there is no glue dispensing machine that i know of that will ever be faster then a screen printer at doing glue dots

Usually, for big connectors like this, you can use a red smt glue under the connector with a dispenser. If its not possible, you can use the same red glue and put a small dot on the side of the connector after reflow, and heat it a bit with blower, 1
