Which vision does your machine have? I guess it is Lantern 630 or 640? Is there any text in the vision window after boot? regards Dejan

GSM camera calibration.

Where are you located? Along the same lines, I have a trick I used a couple times when replacing a camera. It is often not the image sensor that goes bad, but the camera electronics behind the sensor. I have had luck taking the camera apart but le

Mirtec MV-3L side view cameras

Electronics Forum | Tue Jun 23 10:39:53 EDT 2015 | robie69

I've read through an old Mirtec thread and in it a couple of guys mentioned that they have issues with their side view camera(s). I'm currently having issues with both of mine, where the image will become blurry, and it will add purple lines to the

Odd problem on GSM2 running USOS 4.52

Electronics Forum | Sun Apr 02 05:21:26 EDT 2023 | dilogic

That was my first guess. But then I shuffled placement order, but machine always stops at the first part of the first task, regardless of what part it is. Like it wants to image it with P2P camera (which is absent) and ignoring the fact that there's

Programming help for GSM

One thing that it doesn't make sense, I have never seen the GSM picking up one component leads down, present it to the camera leads down and reject it. Just so it can pick two more components from the same reel and present it leads up and accept it.
