Hi, We occasionaly have problems with some of our panellised boards breaking away from each other. The section joining them is very small and makes the assembly weak. The boards are normally broken off during our through hole process (bad handling)

The fluid heats up to 105-110 from the ultrasonics running, and or from the fluid filtering pumps. The rinse temp is always the same as the wash. It is a single tank with a partition welded in between. (One side rinse, and the other side wash) FYI

Any decent flux would volatise off with the heat of the wave unless absorbed into the solder mask. Test this by trying to clean in alcohol or common solvent aerosol, if it does not clean then it is probably Mineral Salts from solder mask fillers. Ano
