you may also want to try replacing the Motor capacitor. This is often the culprit on those blower motors. I found them on Amazon for $3. much better then $450 for a new motor.

I would contact Heller on the same. Their support has been pretty good when we ran into some rough patches on getting our new but idle oven operational. Running well now. From your details, perhaps the noisy blower motor needs to be replaced? Varying
