George, The Radiator is only used on the older Nitrogen ready type Heller Ovens to attract the flux toward the Flux Filtration system. There should be two blowers in the Cooling zone where the radiator is to be fitted and there should be 4" ducting

for sure it's an excelent topic, in Mexico we've used almost any brand in the market (Research, Heller, Electrovert, Rhem, Vitronics, Conceptronics, BTU) and after all those names, we could see that Vitronics is a good opton, good service, not too mu

By profile (profile has not been changed) are you referring to the oven zone settings or the actual charted profile of a trip through the oven as recorded by a thermal profiler? Some ovens will continue to function without warning as long as temps

Don't know that oven or if the layout is similar at all to a Heller, but in our 1500s you could lose a blower and not get an alarm until a large board blocked vertical airflow. At that point the thermocouple in the faulty zone would then lose heat

I have 4 Heller Ovens. 3 of them I don't have much trouble getting parts for. They are all 1800 Series with Windows operating systems. The 4th is a 1500 with more like a DOS looking interface. Many of the part numbers are obsolete, and difficult to

Hello all, I have some issues arising with having to change some bottom heater elements and blowers. Can someone tell me how diffucult it will be to accomplish this with no trianing back ground on this. I have opened the books and made sense of most

I'll also make the same reccomendation, I always make. Call the OEM. Vitronics tech support is pretty good, and they should help you out. I don't think the blowers turn on and off as suggested earlier, but I do think they have multiple speeds than

I don't know much about Hellers other than the 1500 models which don't have blower speed adjustments (except for cooling), but with that much air flow I'd be worried about over working your heater elements. Have you checked in zone setups to see ho
