Any manufacturers offer an off the shelf vacuum type bare board loader that can handle boards 16"wide and 22"long? We're having issues with our de-stacker since these boards tend to come in warped.

Hey, What's the model # of the bare board loader? Do you have a parts list for it? I may have a parts list somewhere, if so, I could probably get the manufacturer PN from it.

Elektrobit (JOT) makes a wave unloader you can use to put your board back onto an edge conveyor (if you are using just a belt on your oven now) and then place a FIFO or Mag Loader after that.

Hi, The solenoid that sits on top of the vacuum generator on my Fuji bare board loader is croaking slowly. Fuji will only sell me the entire generator assy. which cost more than I paid for the loader. The only markings on the solenoid are DC24V 540
