I have a mirtec MV-3L, does any one know, when drawing a component part with varios side angle camera views can i group that part and its camera views to save in the library and if so how?

There is a option to enable no good marking that must be enabled on the board options where you reset your board count and images. dose the marker zero on startup?. If not then it may also need enabled in the inspector settings. ead

Mirtec MV3l is a decent machine, It can take some skill and time to program but once its ready it will be accurate.

Hello I have 2 Mirtec MV-7 AOI's and we have never had any problems with the inspection on these machines, in the hardware they are tough, one has been running more that 6 years only with the preventive maintenance and some wearable parts.

Could be your drive(s) getting full. The individual program files and picture files used on those machines are huge.

SWAG may be correct. The program files, the defect data, and images do pile up. You will also experience this is you have a lot of components that are not linked to your libraries. These too will add up over time, and cause considerable slowdown. '

We currently own a MV-2HTLP and I was wondering if we can zoom out to check the component that are bigger in size than the view area of the machine at the default position. If it is then can someone please help me out with it.

Depending on the vision, there might be issues with small black parts (like 0402 resistors etc.) - we have Mirtec MV2-HTL, btw.
