i have a up 3000 ultraflex. the lower half of the tactile sensor is stuck down. i have replaced the driver board, check wire down to drive board,check the fuse for power on the driver board.

Check your DIP switch settings on new driver. Not sure about calibration. Try QMPM for password.

Thank you very much SWAG that password did the trick. Got us into the calibration menu and we were able to calibrate the z-axis and snugger height and got it to work. Thanks again

Here's a few ideas: If it has one, make sure the flexible coupler set screws are tight. Replace the tactile switch (often these appear to work fine in I/O but do not work properly in production). Clean and oil the tactile plunger if it has one. M

Hello Micheal We are looking for the procedure at this time. And there is no tactile sensor on any SPM made by MPM. The SPM's does not have sensor's on the head either. Any way we will send the procedures and the calibration blocks soon. harry
