I just received replacement XWB3 and 3PT1 boards. I swapped them out and it seems to have fixed that issue. Thank you all for the help!

Swap mot cards and see if the error moves. Of it does, your issue is the mot card, if it doesn't, your issue is one of the above. Try calibrating in the service menu. Check your friction readings. Check the x-encoder (attached to the motor).

Hi all, We were able to fix the issue. We replaced the MOT cards with the MOT cards in the good machine. That, however, did not resolve the issue. The issue was very basic; one of the fuses (fi fuse) located to the left of the MOT cards became open.

MY9 - 19 are all the same machines. The frame is only bigger. With the 19 you can get up to 256, 8mm feeders if it has the stand table. Ocourse that is an advantatge it can handle large boards with a big table. I have used Mydata a many companys. A

I doubt that you will gain any advantage from stainless jaws. I think the stock jaws have beryllium inserts in them. I am pretty sure beryllium is harder than SS. Maybe stainless jaws with carbide inserts in them would work better ? Or what about c

If all other tools appear to be working fine, only the A12 is having the issue. You might have a faulty tool(not within original spec). As Bruce suggested, check the A12 tool itself to see anything abnormal. If it's brand new, you might need some lub
