Believe it Bob. The shaft is not an off the shelf standard part. It is custom. My next step is build my own shaft from scratch. If I figure it out I will sell Hydra repair kits for 9000.00 ea. = /

In circumstances like these immediately switch off and remove your power supply , I often build a test harness because the damage to an expensive and unique machine is not woth the trouble of shotgun repair. Dead resistors in the voltage sense rail.
