Sounds like the Hydra is disabled in settings. One of the Micronic experts will have to tell you where that is.. My last Hydra was a MY12 many years ago.

Do you get any errors during the tool install? Are you intalling all tools, all uninstalled tools? What if you try one single tool only (A12)?

Have you tried reinstalling all the tools? This appears to be a problem with the tool bank being out of tolerance. Reinstall each tool in your tool bank one by one. Are the hydra tools ok?
