Hello. Hoping to find help troubleshooting z axis issue. Initializes OK, and runs a bit sometimes not going all the way down to reach feeder, misses part and tries again, usually successfully, before ultimately stopping for "F-MOT-MOVE INDVACWAIT Z/2

Hi, Yeah, this is why we moved from MYDATA, as we could not get accurate 0402, as it seemed the vision system was not good enough. They might have upgraded this since then, but I would not recommend MYDATA for 0402 or below. Grant

I have five Mydata machines. The 21000 number is pie in the sky. Our new My12E (2 months old) won't get close to that. Having said that, I am very happy with 0201 production with the Hydra/line scan/Linear Agilis combination. Mike

In 5+ years that I have been dealing with Mydata tech support, I never had any bad experiences. Their techs are very knowledgable of the machines. They are always courteous and patient, and if the problem cannot be fixed over the phone they always get

You shouldn't have any problem with the SM320 doing what you're asking above. In fact I think it will do it quite better. We have a two machine TP-11 Hydra line and a two machine SM320 line and I can tell you one SM320 can get the job done better.
