The steel belts are still suspect. I'm going to perform a thorough analysis of the centering system soon. Will let you know.

We are seeing intermittent X-transducer errors. I notice that the X-wagon has more resistance over the Y-wagon area when I manually push it back and fourth. I am thinking the belt might need replaced. Has anyone else seen this before.

They are the older TM type. The belts are whole and rollers move, it just doesn't move enough to pull the tape reliably. Thanks.

Looks like an X-belt problem. is it tensioned correctly, not too loose or too tight? Or the X motor is acting up.

If you need cycle times less than a 60 sec this is not the machine. If its a real dense board and big it can take up to 10 minutes. It can miss pads so you have to use the inspect and that is what eats up time. The machine will re-paste any missed sp
