Seasons Greetings to all. Here's hoping for a great 2011. I have a Mydata TP11-UFP that won't initialize on start up. Hence we can't run production. Has anyone seen this problem? Do you have any suggestions.

The UFP was a designation for "ultra-fine-pitch"; but, for the most part, you should be able to get the same placements out of both machines. Anything 0402 or above can be mechanically centered. The UFP machine will lean on optical centering for .5

How does the machine sense that the fan is working/not working? The fan may be operational but the sense mechanism may be at fault.
