The booster was swapped. I found that I have -35 volts across pins 1 and 3 on the XWB.(measured with a scope) When I switch polarity in the software I do not get anything.(no +35V) I noticed that when I try to pulse the small X with the scope hooked

Hello, I have found the problem. The capacitors on the PAIB board were leaking. They have even demaged some traces and vias on the PCB and the -5V supply on the PAIB board was not working anymore. Got it working again :)
