No nitrogen generator. We have a service bring us nitrogen tanks every week and have the machine set up so if one goes empty, we can turn on the other one to keep a seamless flow of productivity. Our waves run from 6:00 am until 3:30 am between 2 shi

We have only had our Juki about 6 months, but it seems to be a great machine so far. For nitrogen, we have a couple generators. Minimum purity is Tin/Lead = 99.99% RoHS = 99.995% Of course five-9s is better. I do notice a difference in the LEAD F

Try looking at Chart Industries. They offer HASS/HALT chambers that are capable of reaching the paramaters that you are looking for. Will require a nitrogen supply for the cooling end.We had a 3000gal tank of liquid nitrogen to feed two chambers.

You can purchase tanks of nitrogen or generate it yourself. While you're waiting for others to reply, search the fine SMTnet Archives to find threads like: http://dev.smtnet.com/Forums/Index.cfm?CFApp=1&Message_ID=23102

We are using a nitrogen generator (with a N2 storage tank) that feeds 1 selective solder machine. I do not know which type of generator it is. The N2 generator has an oxygen analyzer on it. The selective solder manufacturer recommends a N2 purity

Cabinets that utilize nitrogen or desiccator units are available that will accomodate the feeder so the parts don't need to be removed. Simply put the feeders into the cabinet at nite and remove them in the morning. Dr. Storage is one. A Google se

| Folks, | I am interested in knowing what level of Nitrogen purity you are running in your reflow ovens for standard SMT assembly? | It seems over the last several years people are increasing the Oxygen level in thier reflow oven atmosphere. | What
