Hey all, I have 3 questions about reflow. Hopefully someone can help me. 1. I am having a problem. I set the peak at 230 and my mole thermocouples are telling me the temp in that zone gets to 237. How is this possible even if the thermocouple

Electrovert has hard data on electrical and N2 consumption for the new OmniEXCEL series ovens to compare with preceeding OmniFlo series. Have a look.

Maybe here's an opportunity to get a new oven. Electrovert, BTU and Vitronics offer closed-loop N2 control as an option. This, together with other improvements on oven design can reduce N2 consumption by as much as 40%. Not to mention reductions in e

Nope, no hour meters on Electrovert OmniFlo series ovens. I concur with Fastek's comments. Never buy a machine without performing a physical inspection. Post question like: What should I look for in an inspection of an OmniFlo oven? First off, it mus

According to one of Electrovert's reflow engineers, hour meters have not been installed "for quite some time". So, I stand corrected, older OmniFlo series ovens may have hour meters.

Hi, Actually we're looking for a new reflow oven regarding lead-free process and higher capacity production. We have an opportunity for a second hand Electrovert Omniflo-7 (nitrous ready) that respect our budget. My questions are: Does anyone ha

I wanted to post resolution on a reflow oven problem we had but can't seem to search out the old thread. So, this is new but old. Our OmniFlo 7 conveyor was stopping every once and a while and the speed indicator on screen said 1000+ ipm. We cle

It all depends on what type of board you need to solder. If your boards are small in size and low thermal mass and your conveyor speed requirments are normal, then I'd say the OmniFlo 7 will do the job. It has a max zone temp setting of 280C. The cur
