A "Pumpprint" stencil refers to a thick DEK stencil with pockets routed-out on the underside, so it will clear any THT leads, paste/glue deposits, etc., and not squish them. It's called pummprint because it was developed to use the ProFlow-type head

OK, I'll bite. How you can set a stencil down on a printed board and run a squeegee across it (even if it's a proflow head, it's still a squeegee, right?) without disturbing the printed paste?

I have another idea. Would you check the apertures on the stencil? May be they didn't cut the right size apertures there. If you have smaller aperture you can't get the right amount of paste.
