| Is it feasible to have one type of board carriers to take boards thru 1) glue curing process for first side and 2)invert carriers with boards, and 3)reflowing second side, and 4) do manual stuffing of th components and 5) take them thru selective w

If you are using a fixture/carrier in the oven, make sure that it is not too restrictive on the perimeter of the board/panel. A carrier intended to limit warpage can actually cause warpage if the expanding PCB material has no place to go during refl

Is this a single sided or double sided board? We run the first side flat on the oven belt this keeps the board flat for the second side assembly. If the board warps during the second reflow process we will make a support fixture to carry the PCBA

In a time crunch, kapton tape works great. If you are using durostone or some material like that for carriers, make sure it is clean right after you machine it and the kapton will stick very well. We are low volume so we pretty much always use tape
