Mikej, I'm only running a single image, just want to correct for the slight variations in how the board seats in the transport. It's not more than a few mils off, but enough to cause an issue on fine pitch parts. I don't have any image fiducial

The global or image fiducials is set under teach fiducials screen. You will get the option to turn on the one you want. You should choose one or the other depending on what you are building. You are correct for what tep hold,pass and tep vision does.

The correct sequence steps should be: 1. tep hold 2-? pick/place/nozzles tep vpass goto 1 This is out of the programming manual.

I'm having problems with Quad QSP-2 pick n place machines recognizing fiducials. We are cleaning the fiducials, but that's tedious and time consuming ( I don't know anyone who routinely cleans them). We have solder mask clearance around the fiducials

Placement numbers are 4 digits long, the first digit is the head# followed by a 3 digit placement number. For example if you adding a local fiducial for placement #3 you need to enter 1003.
