New SIPLACE SX4 sets records in performance per square meter

The SIPLACE Team has unveiled its latest placement machine, the SIPLACE SX4. As a high-speed addition to the SIPLACE SX platform, the four-gantry machine sets new standards in terms of placement performance per square meter of floor space – an important metric in the investment decision-making process. With its placement speed of up to 120,000 cph on a footprint of only 1.90 x 2.65 meters, the new machine even surpasses the previous record-holder SIPLACE X4i in terms of performance per square meter.

Additionally, I have seen the bad align error from incorrect pickup Z. Quad align can freak out sometimes if it sees something it doesn't like. If all else fails I just reboot and 99% of the time the problem goes away.

Thanks for the info. I called Mike Tieman earlier and he recommended I do the exact same things. He said that there should be very little resistance on the theta of the Z-rods, (not the case) so he recommended that the P4 head be replaced. Mike is

I have seen the bad alignment error many times and never had to replace the head for it. It usually has something to do with the laser windows being dirty or cracked. Also it could be your profile settings. Make sure all of these things are perfect b

I would suggest to check your servo amps. on both gantries and both axis.Does it rattle both heads or just one? Since you did not specify this in your question,I will say check all 4 servos in the back side of your machine.Hope this will help and goo
