I have always been a fan of Universal Instruments; the machines have been good to us. They have a re-manufactured division as well if you are looking for something a little less than new.

I would consider a Broker for equipment if I was getting something I was familiar with, such as a 2nd machine of a model I already had. The more complicated the machine, the more likely I am to go to an experienced rebuilder or approved remanufacture
