If you have a servo or encoder problem you should be getting alot of errors. Are all feet leveled on a stable floor? It wouldn't take much to shake them. A full coke machine weighs more.

We replaced SA-6 with a new one and the IP2 is up and running. I don't know if you're still looking at this thread but I wanted to thank you and post the result so other people benefit. Thanks so much for the help. Rodrigo

Yes, he is correct, it is probably a sensor. That does NOT mean a sensor is bad, just that it has not been activated during a time limit or servo count. Watch what the last 2 or 3 things it does before the error.

check the cards in the VME and also the exchange and nothing happened . check the configuration of the servo beam 1 x1 and x2 Bean 2 and are working well , switch harnesses x1 and x2 and now fails BEAM 1 x1

Camera works fine from home to ref. position to fiducial1 and 2. Problem shows up from home to board stop. AC voltage between AC1 and AC2 is 41.7 and during move it drops to 41.5.
