Good morning, I can recommend to use solder paste softeners, which can prepare solder paste for printing process. Softeners rise paste temperature by means of pseudo-planetary motion. Therefore, solder paste reaches room temperature during only 15

Good morning, Solder paste softeners are designed to allow solder paste reach ambient temperature during shorter time period (only 5-10 minutes instead of hours). You are preparing your material in right way. No reason to worry. BR, Pavel

This is true but even the so called reworkable underfill takes a lot of effort. We use a loctite reworkable that requires heat to soften the underfill. Once the component is removed we use acetone and a swab to scrub the pcb clean. This can be very t

Does anybody use a paste mixer in their shop? I am looking at one that uses "Psuedo-Planetary Motion" to mix and soften solder paste. If someone answers "yes", has this benefitted your paste consistency and improved your print repeatability?

I have done that also, It does work well. One issue we had was that the mask didn't come right off during the first wash cycle since it was put on much heavier than the mfgr suggested (.01"). We had to soak them in some water first to soften it up

Yes SWAG you are right, heat could be dangerous for the parts to be removed. Any way it is not so easy to remove epoxy adhesive (3609) once it is cured. By heating the adhesive (over his TG temperature)it gets softened and by using a mec

We're not familiar with Loctite 3606. Adhesive bond strength must be adequate to survive handling forces between the adhesive cure station and the soldering station. At the soldering station, the adhesive will soften during the preheat stage and in
