Hi Pavel, what you see is most probably caused by to much solder. There�re plenty of hints to avoid this in the archives, just use the "search" function and look for "solder beads" and "solder balls". That will bring you on the right track. Good lu

Chris, What's the board finish? HASL? What's the frequency of solder beading, like how many joints soldered exhibit these solder beads- percentage wise. Are the boards clean- nobody is touching them with greasy fingers? We need more clues.

First of all, like I said before, I only worked on similar type of part. For this part, I would add at least 1 of 0603 size solder bead at each end (091845.jpg), 2 of 0402 size solder beads side by side would be even better.

Besides poor printing using cold solder paste will also cause solder beading.
