Hello, I'm looking for a mechanical system for fifo management of solder paste in warehouse in order to eliminate human errors while putting solder paste jars in fridges.

Try another solder paste manufacturer. Aim out of Rhode Island, Alpha and or Kester. I'm sure that they will be of better assistance than the current supplier. Good Luck

I'm looking to mix up a batch of purple solder mask. Has anyone found a good ratio of red and blue that produces a pleasing purple? 50/50 produces a pretty ugly grape color. Is there a standard ratio most fabs use?

I'm the Rep for KOKI in the southeast. They offer solder paste with a type R flux. You can call Shantanu Joshi (760-504-2544) for details.

Well, technically speaking I was simply stating my opinion, but in retrospect (and after reading your response) I'm glad it had the affect it did. I needed the laugh. ;)

A little birdy told me that WML has just been on an extended vacation and will be back in the very near future. I'm sure he and the good Dr. could have some interesting and enlightening discussions. I am looking forward to it actually.

What are you using? I'm having a tough time finding something I used to use (Kester, seems like it had a liquidus temp. of about 265).

Yes, a polite complaint to our board shop later and the next batch didn't have that problem at least. I'm not convinced it's an ENIG issue as there was variability panel to panel in the first place.

| I finally got my problem figured out on the bridging, the | only thing I'm finding is that I notice some litlte solder balls on the bottom of the board. Is that normal? Is that why I'm getting bridges? Has anyone came across this problem and pass t
