So is the initial motor at fault failing now or the one from zone 3?

hi, I am experiencing a problem with our wave solder machine where zone 2 (forced convection) fan will not work when called upon. so we swapped it with zone 3 to make sure the motor was not at fault and it wasn't so we moved the A1 into a different 2
