The electronics degrade over time and you get troubles like you're having and you need to install a "noise reduction kit". Basically it's a new interface card set and some cables. You might call Speedline and ask tech. support if this is something

Thanks for the effort. I have the maintenance and operations manuals in PDF so they are not missing. It looks like the only place it will show which SSR controls which heater will be in the schematic.

Does it ramp up and dowm or do you get a jerk in the conveyor every so often? Jerk in the chain is a sticky link in the chain. Lube may work but if really bad needs replacement.
