I have never witnessed a "worn out" stencil in my 30+ years. Take that with a grain of salt..My environment is CM so stencil usage is somewhat limited. I have seen "coined" stencils. They look funky but some schools of thought say they work better

I'm not sure eyesight is needed to check for blade damage. Close your eyes. Run your finger along the edge of the blade. If you feel any roughness or "catching" as your finger drags, then you have a damaged blade. SPI would tell you this as well,

Hi Dustin, It happened to us once and it was something very simple. We did maintenance to the Squeegee head and the problem was that the Squeegee head cover was not put back in place correctly, so it was interfering with the Squeegee up/down movement

Hi all, I have a Dek 265 Horizon that fails to print at the correct pressure. It fails pressure every pass. I am trying to Calibrate it with a PFR1200N pressure Tester which we use for our DEK 248 Printers. I am trying to build up the table height
