hi guys, I am trying to turn about 1000 boards we have in bone pile with an SRT 2100 summit bga rework machine and need nozzles in a short lead time....can anyone recommend a supplier either in US or UK....... I appreciate any help Rgds

Brian, The SRT FPD-W is an older unit that has been successful for a long time. We have used it at BEST with good results. The SRT FPD-W is a very good machine for the uses you mentioned except possibly for the BGAs. I have seen some used for BGA

No can do. FPD was designed for leaded components. Nozzles and head not for BGA. No retrofit avbl either.

Chryzs, I've used AIRVAC and SRT (with their old adjustable 4 piece nozzle system). I also saw the APE Chipmaster... Here's my 2C after all that: Whoever claims he/she has a user friendly system is a big liar. The words are correct but the order is
