Just a quick easy question. What is the largest image size that you can have in a 29 inch stencil? In other words, how close to the ID of the stencil can the image get? I'm sure I knew this at one time but the memory is not what it used to be! Th

That is all we have ever used ("Zelflex" by LPKF). They work great. We have 300+ stencils stored in print drawers, probably 3'x3'x5' area. The stencils are also cheaper by more than 1/2 from our supplier. The only stencils we have in permanent fra

I've been using a DEK Vectorguard frame for a couple months now and like it a lot. It uses air to clamp/unclamp the foil and both DEK Vectorguard and Alpha Metals Tetrabond foils fit the frame. Just about any decent stencil supplier sells Vectorgua

Nancy, The mounting hole locations in most standard frames are the universal in both the screen and stencil industry, more over some of the newer machines clamp the frame in place. Most printers are very adjustable this way. If you were using a "qu
