Hello experts, what would you recommend as a standard practice for stencil replacement? I am having here a stencil from 2004 that is worn out enough and has a small dent on the image, but still have to prove why I want to change it.

We use QTS and Vectour guard. I would prefer Vectourguard - it is very siple to set it up. However, you have to check the tension of the stencil everyday. I wouldn't trust them as 29 inch hard frame. It is always a metter of quantities. If you deal w

If your image is not defined properly, it will affect positioning and optimization. You can choose center, rear or front image justification. If your values are grossly off, your positioning will be off, and you may not be able to optimize properly,

Phil, In the considerations you make for choosing an AOI tool, you should check what a vendor delivers today and what will it be able to deliver in the future. As the role of AOI in the SMT production line evolves from "detection" to "prevention"

I use the LPKF model S. Operator uses a urethane(?) squeegee. Pressure and speed are controlled by the operator, which hasn't been a problem for me. The only problem I had was that I would forget to raise the PCB before I would start to squeegee the

Included screenshots from DEK manual, outlining stencil depth adjustment. Basically, distance from rear of the stencil to the front of the image is value needed to be set on scale when positioning stencil. There is an other way to adjust stencil, by
