bobpan, It only happens with this program. CC ver 7.54, IVC V 3.05 If i leave CC out of it, and edit the sequence using the HHT, it sticks. but if i download from the assembler to CC, it's messed up. if i then fix it in CC, the minute i save

Yes, he is correct, it is probably a sensor. That does NOT mean a sensor is bad, just that it has not been activated during a time limit or servo count. Watch what the last 2 or 3 things it does before the error.

as long as you are not getting recognition errors, and placements look good, go with it. as far as the pattern matching, the only thing I can think of is changing the it from circle or square to sp. shape and giving it the dimension sizes asked for.

Try this... set them on the back and teach their pick up position as stick feeder, change pick up rotation to -90 degree. before you optimize the program, change them to 8mm feeders , them optimize the the program as feeder fix. after the program

If you're getting that kind of error it's most likely that your feeder bank hasn't been told that the stick feeders can be placed on the back of the machine, or like they said in earlier posts, the stick feeder size itself may be incorrect in the sof
