It's been a long time since I ordered stuff from them. I think they are still around. Try JNJ Industries.

SWAG is prolly right. You can verify the tactile sensor by watching the machine carefully. When finding the stencil height, make sure the board goes all the way up and touches the stencil to trigger the tactile. If it doesn't, then something is wr

Hi All, Does anyone know how to repair a UP2000 that has the front squeegee lower than the rear? Can this be fixed by playing with the drive belts? The front squeegee is sitting lower than the rear and thus gives an uneven print stroke. The front s

It's been a while but I believe the UP2000's should have a calibration for the squeegee height as well. I think you log in under the Calibrate or Maintenance then that should give you access to the menu you need. Once you find it I'm pretty sure it w

Thanks for the answers guys. I knew it had something to do with the calibration menus. It had just been so long since I had to do maintenance to an MPM printer. I had been working with DEKs and Ekras for the past 6 years.

I can't say that I have an answer as to fixing the mechanics of your issue. However, doesn't that machine have an auto blade height? If so, even with one blade lower than the other, the blade height should only depend on stencil height. I could be co

dman97, There is a calibration procedure. It is fairly straight forward and will take about 30 minutes. When you reset you machine both of the squeegee mounting blocks/fixtures should be level with each other. Just slide you finger over the fron

Almost 4-got. Get some squeegee blade detents. They're the little spring loaded things that keep the squeegee blades in place in the head, until the machine locks them in place. they tend to wear out if you do a lot of blade swapping. Fastek also

If your frame size is 730mm x 730mm then you can't move it left or right. If it smaller than that then the frame adapter will give you more leeway. I am not too sure by what you mean by "If I had a 6" board, and a stencil with cut-outs for both side

We are using a UP2000 so I'm not positive on this but.... The squeegee stroke will have to be taught by and the software will walk you through setting the stroke. What do you mean by "where it drops the pins to load/unload/locate"? If you follow th
