Hi Alexei, We have met in the past ( simona - > PCB ) Thank you for this input, I might consider > it ! Hello, validating a whole line can be tricky. I can advise you to validate each machine (not the transports) and then put them together in one

It always surprises me how many variations there are for profiling and controlling your ovens, and the thing is most of them are fairly valid. Here's yet another option: Your board profile needs to be specific, 2 boards can look identical but have ve

Ovens, and any other process for that matter, will ALWAYS vary. It's called process variation. I do Cpk (process capability) on my ovens. I track time-above-liquidus and peak temperatures. Statistics will validate how repeatable your oven is.

Validating your oven is a good thing. Build your own vehicle that is wide enough with integrated/strongly attached thermo-couples on it. Use always the same vehicle with thermo-couples on the same spots and run it through the oven for verification. I

The problem expressed by you need not necessarily be caused by the Reflow process even though it's effect cannot be ruled out. I suggest to validate periodically the Reflow Oven performance as also optimise Reflow parameters through a documented vali
