Hi, I bought Philips CSM machines (CSM66-III and CSM84V-III). I need flopy disc with some files (MCH, VIS, FDR). I created MCH file but the machine send me an error message: BAD FORMAT DATA. Could anyone help me and send me correct files. Thanks

Is there any way to copy files in the VIOS format directly from the machine and upload them to another machine? It seems to me that all files are stored in one database :(

Try to get hold of the Philips/Assembleon Cad2Cad program, it is (or was) free. You can import several (proprietary) file formats and centroid files and export it as VIOS text-files. All you need to do then on the machine is assign the correct compon

There is a difference between VIOS and VIOS TEXT. If you want to copy the program from one machine to another exactly, I would suggest you do VIOS. Just insert a floppy and perform "Make PCB Data Disk". This formats the disk in VIOS format. Next go t

Hi, here's my 2 cents sir: You need.. a) The Gerber Data and the BOM b) Extract the XY CAD from the GERBER and build what they call Centroid Data. Save this in text format. c) Use Cad2Cad to import the centroid data and save it as Philips VIOS txt
