This is a long shot, but can anybody advise on the supplies for a BTU oven. It is currently in the UK and is supplied by a 415V 4 wire. That is 3 phases and a neutral. We need to ship it to our plant in Mexico where they have a 480V 3 wire supply.

Found a broken wire in the data line and I thought that was it for sure but was not. Checked continuity of the data cable and it is ok now but still no comm. The embedded controller status window shows "send failures" but no "reply failures." Winco

I would really suggest staying away from novastar on their ovens- we had a really bad experience with two of their ovens being unable to maintain temperature properly. We ended up buying a used BTU VIP70 and it has been working out great. A Heller 18
