What are diffrerences between DEK 248 and MPM Microflex? We are thinking about off-line screen printer with vision and wiper. When i compare specification MPM has better accurancy 12,5um and DEK 248 25um so one point for MPM. MPM is a new constructio

Thank you! it is the same on other slots as well, when I removed the board, error was the same, but it appeared instantly after DEK Program was loaded. When it is inserted - this error appears after 10 seconds (approximately) so it seems like somethi

Sounds like all the usual suspects have been replaced. How about some completely random thoughts. For this specific product, you mention it runs a few boards then fails out. Does it fail out on one specific fiducial on this product every time or i

If a few extra seconds of cycle time won't hurt you, recommend putting at max (3.0 sec) it will cycle all the way over to the Board @ Left sensor before extending BS and reversing. Otherwise play with the timing and requirement may vary from product

> Knead pressure, is normally at or slightly lower > (maybe 25%) than print pressure... Ahh makes sense. Couple other quick questions if you don't mind: 1) Currently do kneading after 15 mins of no activity, with 3 knead passes, is that n

The issue has finally been resolved. It turns out that while checking the vision board, our engineers accidentally changed the address of the Analogue Board (which is adjacent to the vision board) - thus, leading to this startup error - with the unh
