Does anyone know of a secondary source for the 773 ND edge chain lube ? $63.00 a pint from Vitronics is pretty intense.

We have 5 ovens that we use this oil on. Its like $23.00 per pint from the manufacturer. But they say you have to buy a case of 24. I just went ahead and bought it from Vitronics.

What does Vitronics say ? I personally wouldn't be too concerned about it. What do the flux catchers look like in the cooling section ?

I am not sure on Panasonic or Assembleon. Last I heard, Universal was getting ready to be liquidated. I haven't used DEK printers. Vitronics ovens are very nice. We have 3 XPM2's and an XPM1. They are work horses.

Well it can only be one of two things. Flux residue from your paste or some type of out gassing from the boards you are running.

Had you cleaned the inside of the machine just before this started? I once had an oven that was cleaned with some sort of oven cleaner and it contaminated PCB Assemblies when they ran it. This residue was not visible to the eye but caused soldering
