Seems like I can only find 1 definition for each type of trays (pga, mqfp, tqfp, ...) But there is alot of different type of trays with different sizes. Like Mqfp 14x14, 20x20 ...) Thanks

Yes Siemens has a fixed tray feeder for matrix trays. If I remember correctly the tray will occupy 1/2 of the table.The feeder is a two part system 1) is the base 2) the the flat tray (just like what is used in the waffle pack changer). the flat tray

I believe at one point the now defunct Quad Systems offered a software option that defined the critical dimensions of the standard Jedec trays.

You could just use this list http://www.holden-enviro.com/Trays%20Type%20by%20Type.html, call the suppliers listed, ask them for them dimensions, and you'd be set.

I persoanlly have noticed issue with either method, only time I run into issues with trays is when they get baked at too high of temp and warp. Russ
