Put anything over one of the fiducials being used in the circuit, and run the board. It will stop, and on the top right a window will pop up. Click "Skip Current Module" and it will X-out that circuit. If you are using the fiducials on the rail, rath

As I see there is minimal capacity impact - because more panels on the line but nothing special. It is more question there are enough good fiducial for skipping-checking - at SiPlace it called as inkspot. It is important to have good operators who ca

Be careful when using a sticker, if it is too thick it can affect the print, you may get leakage which can cause the underside of the stencil to get dirty. Another option depending on the quantity is to segregate the boards so that you do not have t

We've been using fids as badmarks on panelized boards, with reverse recognition so that an uncovered fiducial is a good mark. It's worked fine with 1.5mm fiducials but now we've run into problems with a board with 1mm fids and we can NOT get it to wo

How many fell off out of your entire lot? What was the soldering quality like on the ones that didn't fall off (xray, visual)? You need to determine if its a random problem or if even the ones that stayed on are barely on and go from there. If the o

Using white labels on xouts works for us. I prefer to used the machine BBR ( Bad board recognition ) when building multiple arrays with no pattern on xouts. We always run xouts last, therefor, we enable the BBR only to finish the arrays with X on it.

Hi Mika, We had roughly the same set up - AP27 -CP6x2, GSMx2, VIP98 & we ran the thin boards with durastone routed pallets. If you route out a 0.4mm pocket on the pallet and either use kapton tape/high temp masking tape/ or 3M spraymount to hold

There are many rules, but balance is the key. It all depends on your processes, type of equipment you plan to run the panel through, as well as the type of components going onto the board. If your single up circuit has 6 thru-hole caps, 5 connector

I don't have our DEK printer part numbers memorized, In general we have a older machine running NT4.0 . It has 2Di inspection but we never use it because you can only inspect/setup 1 camera shot at once, making for very long programming. Our newer D
