I was able to get free samples from both Kyzen and Zestron to compare. I would recommend you do the same since your conditions and expectations are unique. Jerry

QUAD IVc or IIc?

Electronics Forum | Fri Feb 19 14:53:36 EST 2010 | leemeyer

fuji CP642 or CP643

Electronics Forum | Tue Oct 02 10:26:17 EDT 2012 | jimmyboz

If I had a choice I would choose a CP642 90% of the time. The loading system on the 643 can load 2 PCBs at the same time but is complicated. If 2 seconds on PCB load time is critical on your production choose the 643, if not, choose the 642.

Flux or Solder Paste?

Electronics Forum | Wed Nov 01 07:41:39 EST 2006 | billyd

I'm reworking lead free BGAs now, on a Conceptronics Freedom 3000. I use flux only (no-clean, Indium) all the time, with no issues. If you go to paste, you also understand that you still have to hit the same temperatures as with flux, as the solder i
