Hi Jose Luis, Have you tried Yestech ? They have very good service reps in Spain and several machines installed in your Country. Programming is very easy and are very useful for low vol/high mix and also for TH inspection.

You could check with YesTech on their system. I know they used to have it all in one unit, but may have changed their platform

Speaking from experience, my vote goes to Mirtec MV-3 or MV-7 with the 4 Megapixel camera setup. 2 Megapixel cams won't inspect that small, other than for presence Yestech also has machines that are suitable for this work. No company affiliations,

I have two Yestech machines, the latest is a 5 megapixel camera machine. These are used every day all day. Excellent machine.

Hi , we have the same machine and exactly the same problems. I was thinking that a software update might help with both problems, but we still don't have it. In my opinion they are both software issues.
