I don't believe it is the RAM. As I said, both are doing it and we are using the recommended amount of RAM for these systems. The video card is an interesting suggestion however. I will look into it.

Not sure exactly what you plan on inspecting with it, but in general my favorite is Cyberoptics. I've worked with Omron, YesTech, Mirtec, and Cyberoptics. Cyber is def my fav.

thanks Evtimov the problem is that we are a company from Argentina and we have not got a representation of Mirtec, Yestech have a representation but we can read that Mirtec is good and need the experiencie of all that tested these machines

The review time varies depending on the product. But it could take anywhere from 10s to over a minute depending. That doesn't leave much time left on this new line. What AOI are you using now and with what equipment?

Haven't done this but would start by contacting YesTech tech support and explaining what you are trying to do. They should be able to provide guidance including "..our equipment isn't intended for this application..." if that applies. Good luck.

Not sure about Vitrox, but can't say anything bad about Yestech. Solid performance as well as top notch support when needed.
