I work with this ESV-304 inline machine. We had a lot of problem with software (library) but now we know enough bugs to be able to create new parts without problem. Last week I went to a company that use a Yestech and for sure it's nothing compare to

I agree with JME... You really need to do your homework when it comes to verifying if an AOI machine, or any other machine, will meet your requirements. Be sure to check out MIRTEC as well. Thes guys have got a very good name in the industry. My

Hello Lou, I agree with John S. There is no substitute for first hand experience. I recently evaluated these machines among others for my company. I selected Mirtec based on ease of programming, inspection performance and Gage R&R testing. We

I just completed an exhaustive search and review of desktop AOI systems. Two systems rose to the top - Mirtec and Yestech. I got to spend time with both platforms and both had their pluses and minuses. I would be happy to share my experience with

Lou, There's nothing like working with it yourself. We went through this exercise several months ago. We evaluated MIRTec, YESTech, and MVP. We were looking at benchtop units, so all 3 companies were willing to send in a "demo" unit for 3 weeks.

We have two YesTech machines. They are a great supplier and you should at least test thier machine and make the call based on what is best for you. I have also owned an Agilent machine and unless they have changed dramatically, I would not consider t
